If you are buying or selling a house, don’t even think about using anyone but Angela! She is the BEST, hands down. When we decided to sell, we listed with a different agent. In a year with them, we had not even had an offer. Someone recommended Angela, so we switched. She came in, asked lots of questions and actually listened to our answers and made some suggestions. Within two months, the SOLD sign was up and we were moving.
She is very no nonsense and tells it like it is, while being extremely supportive throughout the whole process. Our sale had some blips in the road and while we were concerned that it might fall through, Angela kept encouraging us and telling us that ‘we got this!’ And she was absolutely right. We did, but only because of her experience, professionalism and guidance. She made a very stressful situation so much easier. She was never too busy to talk to us and she communicated constantly with us so we were always aware of what was happening and what the next step was. We always felt that we were in good hands.
When the house sold, she was able to connect us with a realtor in the city we were relocating to and we found that he was much like Angela, so we were very happy with him as well.
Even though we have now moved and settled in, Angela still keeps in touch. She is such an awesome woman, very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend her.
